I am a licensed mental health counselor providing therapy services in the Orlando area. Telephonic and Skype sessions are available to accommodate busy schedules and provide clients the flexibility of sessions at home or work. Through the collaborative process of therapy, we will identify obstacles that make it difficult to reach desired goals and live up to your fullest potential. As your therapist, I will create a safe environment to openly express and explore your thoughts and feelings. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to arm my clients with a variety of techniques to initiate lasting changes from the inside out.
